Terms and Conditions - Yacht charters goa

Welcome to "Yacht charters goa" Goa Yacht Service. Before booking and enjoying our yacht services, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

b. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

c. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the yacht charter.

d. Additional charges may apply for extra services or extensions beyond the agreed-upon charter duration.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. The deposit is non-refundable.

b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

c. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

b. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled charter.

4. Safety and Conduct:

a. Passengers must follow the safety guidelines provided by the crew.

b. The captain has the authority to terminate the charter if any passenger engages in unsafe behavior.

c. It is mandatory to wear life jackets during the entire duration of the yacht charter.

5. Damages and Loss:

a. The client is responsible for any damages to the yacht or its equipment caused by their negligence.

b. The client will be charged for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged or lost items.

6. Weather Conditions:

a. The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter in case of adverse weather conditions.

b. In the event of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose to reschedule or receive a refund (excluding the deposit).

7. Liability:

a. "Yacht charters goa" is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the yacht charter.

b. Passengers participate at their own risk.

8. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Goa.

By booking our yacht services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. "Yacht charters goa" reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to stay informed about any changes.
